This report, which constitutes an in-depth reading of the discussions had during the seven sessions of the conference, and during the concluding panel discussion, is divided into two sections. The first section presents the most important issues raised by the attendees, while the second is concerned with forming a lists of the proposals tabled across the varied sessions of the conference. The final communiqué of the conference, includes the most important agreed-upon principles and recommendations.
